Li Qiong holds the positions of Chair and Deputy Dean at Jinan University-University of Birmingham Joint Institute. Her career spans a diverse range of roles and accomplishments. She is a Vice President at the Guangdong Youth Social Science Workers Association and an esteemed Sino-foreign cooperative education evaluation expert, appointed by the Ministry of Education. Her proficiency in English translation and editing is well-recognized. Li Qiong’s experience extends to academia and journalism; she has served as a Lecturer at Hubei Administrative College and a News Reporter for Hubei Television and Shenzhen Daily, an English-language newspaper. Additionally, her tenure as the Deputy Director at Jinan University’s Office of International Exchange and Cooperation highlights her commitment to fostering global educational connections.
Li Qiong’s contributions to academia are significant. She has published four translated works and been contributory in the development and co-authorship of three textbooks. Her scholarly writings include over ten academic papers. She has been at the forefront of several research projects focusing on educational openness and cross-cultural exchange, further exemplifying her dedication to the field of education.
