The Jinan University Career Guidance Centre houses three key departments: Employment Management, Career Guidance, and Market Development. Together, these departments form an integrated system offering employment education, guidance, management, consultancy, and services. The centre conducts a range of activities for graduates, including lectures by top companies, employment mentorship forums, employment skills boot camps, job workshops, resume competitions, and mock interview contests, addressing all facets of job readiness. Each year, the centre organizes over 20 “Employment Demand and Supply Fairs” and more than 500 industry-specific company presentations, ensuring a wide range of employment opportunities for graduates.
