Fang Ling, a scholar with a rich academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and a Master’s in Public Administration, presently holds the position of Deputy Chair and Director of the General Affairs Office at Jinan University-University of Birmingham Joint Institute. Her career is marked by a deep commitment to the field of international academic exchange.

Fang Ling’s work covers a wide array of pivotal areas in higher education. She has been at the forefront of projects aiming to internationalize higher education, attract overseas intellectual talent, and reform the management mechanisms for international students. Additionally, she has been instrumental in establishing party-building systems within the framework of Sino-foreign cooperative education and has contributed significantly to the development of a comprehensive ideological and political education system in these cooperative institutions.
