Lin Zhouyu, Associate Professor. He achieved PhD in Management from University of International Business and Economics in 2014. Serving as visiting scholar in the University of Texas at Dallas from 2019-2020, he focused on research on academic issues under the background of China's economic transformation, and government economic policies and think tank construction closely related to social reform and development.

-Public Health Emergency of International Concern and corporate coping strategy, corporate crisis response and management under the impact of Covid-19 epidemic.

Associate Professor Lin Zhouyu has published over 30 papers in influential journals including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of World Business, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, China Industrial Economics, The Journal of World Economy, published 2 monographs and presided over 1 project supported by the Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Lin is expert in corporate strategic planning, corporate governance, corporate culture, investment and financing, acquisition and merger, asset reorganization and portfolio investment. He serves as economic and business advisers for the government, enterprise groups, listed companies and institutional investors, handling 20 large cases.
