This programme aims to help students develop solid mathematical foundation for Information Technology and computing technologies and rigorous mathematical thinking.

Students will be equipped with basic theories, methods and skills of information science and computational science, solid mathematical foundation needed by contemporary information technology, the basic theories and methods of information technology, and will have good command of practical computer skills including programming languages, tools and specialized software. They will receive preliminary training in scientific research and learn to solve practical problems in information technology and science and engineering calculation.

Eligible graduates will be conferred with Graduation Certificate and Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Jinan University, and Bachelor of Science (Applied Mathematics with Information Computing Science).
